I had my first treatment with Emma last month and was so happy with her professionalism and kindness. She was aware I was nervous but her knowledge and whole demeanour put me at ease very quickly. She was helpful and advised the best options for what I wanted and her follow up care is brilliant. The Botox treatment she administered was relatively painless and she gave me numbing cream beforehand as it was my first time.
